Patented · Built by Abdon's VDIP LLC · Queens, NY
Patented V-shaped dip station. Dips, back dips, leg raises, band work and a built-in bench — a full upper-body gym that sets up in 3 steps and fits in your trunk.
$155.00 · Patented V-shape · Made in the USA
One machine
The move Gironda called better than the bench press.
Triceps and shoulders — elbows-out geometry.
Hanging abs work on the same bars.
Built-in clamps anchor resistance bands for rows, curls and presses. Bands sold separately.
Doubles as a full workout bench. Two machines in one.
Street-tested at NYC events
No actors. No gym lighting. We pull the machine out of a trunk on NYC streets and let strangers go at it. Dips, pull-ups, band training, abs — it's more than a dip machine. Tap a clip for sound.
"Can you do 10 dips on THIS?"
Built for everybody — first-timers welcome
Age is just a number
"Pure iron. Robotically welded."
Band presses in bench mode — clamps built in
Curls, rows & presses — bands anchor to the frame
Pull-ups, V-DIP style — sit low, pull high
L-sit pulls & leg raises — abs on the same bars

The brand film
Dips, presses, pulls and raises — real athletes on one machine, then meet the man who patented it. Tap to play with sound.
The heritage
Vince Gironda — the "Iron Guru" who trained golden-era champions and Hollywood stars — banned the bench press in his gym and swore by V-bar dips: the angled bars flare the elbows and stretch the chest in a way straight bars can't.
V-DIP is that geometry — patented, portable, yours. Not another pull-up tower. The V is the product.
"The greatest upper-body builder there is." — Vince Gironda, on V-bar dips
The founder
Created by Abdon Placide — a Brooklyn-raised founder who patented the V-shape and demos it himself at NYC street festivals, block parties and community events.
V-DIP also shows up where fitness matters most: donating equipment and running movement workshops with recovery and re-entry programs across the city. Movement is medicine.

★★★★★ 4.6 out of 5 from owners on Amazon. Their words, not ours.
"Much better than traditional dip bars… keeps shoulder pain at bay. As a physical therapist I appreciate exercise that keeps pain to a minimum."

"There are many dip bars on the market but none compare to this one… Best investment I've made for my body and overall health in decades. Worth every penny!!"

"The V angle gives variety and unmatched muscle development in the upper chest. The under-the-bar pull-ups rips core."

"Having a sturdy dip station that is also a bench automatically makes this a great deal at the current price. As a dip station it's almost unbeatable."
Verified Amazon review
"One of a kind angle for dips you can only find in public hand rails, walls, etc. But now you can achieve that with this!"

"Super easy to put together. It's smart how the bottom feet are adjustable to make it more stable on uneven ground."

Questions
Yes. Start with bench-supported and partial-range dips, or clamp on your own resistance bands for assistance. Women and first-timers do full sets at our street demos every weekend.
Set up it's just 26" × 14" of floor space (50" tall). It breaks down into three easy parts — no tools — that store in about a 40" × 8" × 6" space against a wall, in a closet, or in a trunk. It also doubles as a workout bench, so it earns its floor space twice.
Rated to 300 lbs. The frame is pure iron, robotically welded — built like commercial gym equipment, not a flimsy gadget. Big guys hammer on it at street events all day long. That's the footage on this page.
Yes — park, driveway, beach, garage. Everything except rain. The adjustable leveling knobs on the base (below) handle the uneven ground you'll find out there.
Covered. Those black round knobs at the base of every V-DIP aren't decoration — they're adjustable leveling feet. Twist them to level the machine on sloped apartment floors, cracked park pavement, garage concrete, wherever you set up. No wobble, no shimming with cardboard.
